Open Grid Forum (OGF) This is a merger of the GGF and the EGA
Description
The GGF RUS-WG (Resource Usage Service Working Group) defines an Web Services-based interface for a service for the storage and retrieval of job usage (accounting) records. RUS usage records are based on the GGF UR format (see UR-WG) and can be stored and queried by authorized users.
Relevance to EGEE
The exchange of accounting data through common standard interfaces exposed by different accounting tools/systems may be of interest above all for collaborations with other projects, such as OSG.
